***Booking Requirements and expectations for all tattoo clients***

    Correspondence & Communication:
Emailing is my only form of communication. PLEASE Allow 2 weeks for a response to your contact form. I am a one woman show, and put aside time to read and respond to new email requests when the time is right. Not everyone will received a reply, please do not write me on social media platforms asking if I received your email. When I do reply to you, Please make me a priority in your email, if using Gmail there is a VIP, Star next to my name, click that, it will turn gold. Then all of our emails will get filed in your VIP section. I am sure other platforms have similar. When it comes to requests that I need from you, booking dates, and confirming sessions, I must get a response in a reasonable amount of time, 1-2 days. IF there is a lengthly delay in responding to my emails, I will be unable to work with you.

    Pricing:
Charging by day rate, or hourly depending on the piece. Larger, or multiple session pieces are day rate only. I dedicate the night before tattooing, and the entire day to each and every client. A whole day booking is required for 99% of the pieces I create ( Exception for face and hands). I am a Gratuity Free Tattooer, tattooing is already pricey, I do not accept tips.

    Tattooing days/hours are as follows:

    Some Tuesdays. Always Wednesdays/Friday/Saturdays

    •12:30-6pm first session
    •1-6pm every following session
•*12-5 option during winter for those driving far

    Retainer Required:
Retainers must be sent by PayPal or Venmo ONLY. Retainers are non-refundable - no exceptions.

A retainer is required to hold your name on my wait list, this gets you solidified and will be used for my drawing time, and to hold your booking dates when the time comes. Retainer is a separate fee, not subtracted from any tattoo time. That retainer carries to each appointment until completed and are as follows:

    •$300  for a 1 session piece •$600 for a 2-3 session piece
•$900 4 + (large scale work: back, torso, leg sleeve, arm sleeve, chest pieces)

    Cancelation Policy:
If there is more than one cancellation of your appointment, a second Non-Refundable retainer will be requested to continue booking. If more then 2 cancelations, I will be unable to continue with your piece. My time, dedication to your project is important to me therefore I need to work with clients that have the same dedication that I do.

    Drawing Preparation:
For our first session, I will email you within the week of our scheduled session, to cover and finalize subject matter, placement questions etc. Please keep an eye out for an email from me before our sessions. I draw each piece a day or 2 before and the client see’s that drawing the day of.  You will not get a drawing prior. I do not email out my art work. It is impossible to explain my intentions with just line work.  Any alterations can be made the day of.  Also note, some of the drawings are done on the skin freehand. NO curve balls,  DO NOT expect me to do a cover-up without mentioning a cover-up, because laser is always needed before I can do any cover-up.

    If CoverUp is Required::
That process is started with Jim our laser Tech, Blacksagelaser.com  And has to be planned out in a timely manner so I will book you accordingly if laser needs to be done. Starting your piece maybe at least 8 months down the road depending on your laser project.

    Final Session:
Our last session, If I feel the final session will be shorter than a whole day booking, then my hourly rate of $280 per hour will come into affect for that session only.

    After Care:
I have my own aftercare for you, and products to support your healing. I will send out a prep email when confirming your first session. This will include aftercare and product suggestions. We can talk about what you will need to pick up to prepare for when you get home, we can talk other products if different ones work well for you. But I highly suggest you do not experiment on your own.  It is my duty to make sure you follow aftercare, but it is ultimately up to you after you leave the studio.

    Payment Options:
Payment is due upon the end of every session. I accept cash, Credit/Debit card (No checks or IOUs)

    No Children/No Guests during sessions:
Tattooing requires full focus of the artist and the client. This requires a controlled environment with minimal if at all any outside distraction. (A snack runner is fine if they are dropping off things for you. Drop off and Pick up is also ok.)
